Event Rooms and Conference Deck
At Unicorn is where the start-up & innovation community in Graz meets. Whether Start-up Playground, Start-up Spritzer, Greentech Summer School, Start-up Industry Meetup or Final Pitching of the Gründungsgarage, we have already had many events taking place here. The Conference Deck on the roof of the Villa is available to rent for events, workshops, meetups and much more. We are looking forward to your request.

Building Bridges for Founders - COI Innovation Hubs
Unicorn is part of the COI Innovation Hubs, a Community of Interest (COI) connecting European innovation ecosystems. Initiated by Tabakfabrik Linz, the network brings together hubs that share a common belief: that start-ups grow best when they are in the right ecosystem at the right time.
As a start-up within the Unicorn ecosystem, you gain direct access to a network that extends beyond Graz.
What you get
- Short stays at partner hubs: You can travel to a partner hub within the network for 1 to 5 days, with a clear objective: to gain access to a specific market, an investor network or an industry cluster that is open to you there. The host hub will provide you with a free workspace and active on-site networking opportunities.
- Access to highlight events: Partner hubs open their most important annual events to the entire network. You can attend these in person as part of a short residency.
- A personal point of contact: At each partner hub, there is a dedicated contact person who will actively introduce you to the local ecosystem.

Café Famoos
At Café Famoos, people with disabilities work together with highly qualified specialists in a particularly warm atmosphere and, as a co-working café, offers space for events, catering, breakfast and barista coffee in addition to catering for day guests, co-workers and tenants at Unicorn.
